Arthur D. Little appoints Raffaela Ritter as Head of Financial Services for DACH & Eastern Europe

Arthur D. Little (ADL) today announced that Raffaela Ritter has been appointed as a Partner at ADL, where she will become Head of Financial Services for Germany, Switzerland, Austria (DACH) and Eastern Europe. Based in Vienna, Raffaela will work with and develop ADL’s local and international FS client base, and also support growth in the region across other industries.

Raffaela joins ADL from McKinsey & Company, where she has worked for the past 13 years, and been a partner in McKinsey's Global Banking Practice for the previous seven years. During this time, she has worked for leading global and regional financial institutions across the globe and developed deep expertise in Wealth Management, Affluent Banking and Transaction Banking.

Raffaela holds a Master and Doctorate in Communication Science and Business Ethics from University of Vienna.
