Deregulation of the Telecom Sector and its Impact on the Overall Economy


Deregulation is being discussed in many countries as a means to provide incentives for investments into new infrastructure. This includes the EU, where deregulation is likely to be brought forward as one aspect of the forthcoming review of the EU regulatory framework for electronic communications and services. In its analysis, Arthur D. Little assesses deregulation and its impact on telecommunications market performance and the overall economic development.
