Ralf’s extensive business consulting experience includes strategy and organization, performance improvement, post-merger integration, change management & project management. Before joining Arthur D. Little, Ralf studied political sciences with a focus on international economics and quantitative empirical research. He also worked for a number of years at the United Nations Center for Science and Technology for Development. His recent consulting experience includes: Strategy development for an economic promotion agency; Change management for a European Ministry of Finance; New public management consulting for a national Ministry of Transportation; Reorganization and cost reduction in a Prime Minister’s agency of a German Federal State; Information management and organizational assistance at UN HQ.

Petter is a Director at Arthur D. Little’s office in Stockholm. He is the Global Strategy & Organization and Corporate Finance Practice Leader. He is affiliated to the TIME, Health Care and Public Sector practices. His professional focus is on strategy & organization and financial advice to private equity and industrial investors pre and post transactions (e.g. due diligence, valuation, strategy, change management, post merger integration) and governance issues faced by corporations, investors, governments and multi-lateral organizations. Petter holds a Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration from the Stockholm School of Economics and the Rotterdam School of Management.

Thomas Kuruvilla is the Managing Director of Arthur D. Little, Middle East. Thomas is also the Head of the Strategy and Organization practice in South East Asia and Middle East.
Thomas has extensive consulting and operational experience in the Middle East, Europe and South East Asia in the areas of strategy development and implementation, due-diligence, merger and acquisitions, and performance management. He has also worked extensively in the areas of turnaround and performance management in various industries.

Prior to joining Arthur D. Little, Dr. Michael Wagemans was Deputy Chief of Staff for a Belgian Minister. He holds a PhD in Government from the London School of Economics and Political Science (UK).
Recent consulting engagements include: Process re-engineering of two large public research institutes in Benelux; Corporate governance assessment of several semi-public research and technology centres in a European growth region; International study on clever practices in the field of regional economic development; Feasibility assessment for the merger of several services within a transport ministry.
